To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items.
To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days. If you paid for the standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.
Replacements & Exchanges
Replacements – If you received a defective item and need to replace it with the same item, call us at 623-930-5490.
Exchanges – When making an exchange, your return refund will automatically be calculated and applied to your exchange order. We’ll mail your exchange item with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item. You’ll just need to use the return label provided to send your original item back within 30 days.
We currently only offer exchanges for items of the same price. If the item you wish to return doesn’t have an exchange return option, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged Items – If you receive an item that was damaged, call 623-930-5490. At that time, you can tell us if you want a refund or replacement.
If you feel your item was damaged due to poor packaging, please let us know by submitting feedback about the packaging.
Defective Items – If your item isn’t working properly, please check the product manual (which arrived with the item) and the hvacmaintenanceproducts.com detail page for the product. You can usually find troubleshooting information there. If you need additional assistance, you need to request missing pieces or replacement parts, or you need warranty information, please contact at 623-930-5490

Items That Can’t Be Returned
hvacmaintenanceproducts.com does not accept returns of the following items:
- Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC
- Gift cards
Please 623-203-5090 to get a return mailing label for your order. Send the original item back to us via an economical method and, if the return was the result of our error, we’ll reimburse you for the shipping costs once we receive it back.

Pre-paid shipping labels are available for items shipped by hvacmaintenanceproducts.com within the United States. You can call 623-203-5090 to get this return mailing label.
You can pack and send your return in just a few simple steps:
- Call 623-930-5490 to obtain a return mailing label and return mailing authorization.
- Pack the items and return mailing authorization securely in a box or the package used to deliver the item.
- Secure the return mailing label to the outside of the box (clear tape is usually best).
- Drop the package off at your designated carrier’s location.
Each return mailing label is uniquely assigned to a specific return. In order to ensure that you receive the correct refund, please do not include items from other orders or other shipments in the same box. Every shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return.
